Never say, today promises to be a good day. That indicates both sides. Something could go wrong or right. Instead I say, Today is a Great Day! It sets the tone for the day. Say it with belief and conviction.

Look with gratitude for the small positive happenings in your life. Not everything is a earth shattering event. It could be; a smile, a friendly Hello, a sunny day, child's laughter, hearing from a long lost friend, having a good night's sleep, circumventing some issues.
